Self-Care: Important Not Indulgent!

So many mums I meet have little time for themselves and, when they do get to enjoy some time out, it is considered an indulgence, leaving them feeling guilty for having time away from their family and ‘usual’ responsibilities. The issue for many mums is they don’t consider self-care to be a major priority yet it must be at the top of the list of these ‘normal’ duties! (more…)
