If we were asked the question – What are your top 10 values? We would probably answer in different ways. Based on our life experiences and priorities, our value system is as individual as we are – but what exactly are values?

Define What Matters To You

Being able to define your core personal values is important, as they go a long way to making up who you are and what you believe to be right. Knowing your values and your true worth can help to build your self-belief and confidence. Even if in your mind you know you’re a confident and strong person, other people must see it as well to be aware of it. Identifying your core values and playing to your strengths will help you deal with whatever life throws at you in your family life and elsewhere. (more…)

Are You A Time Starved Mum?

Time is of the essence. As busy mums, we never seem to have enough of it and when we get some to ourselves, we need to make the most of it. Can you remember that last time you did a pastime you really enjoyed, such as reading a book, going for a walk, or perhaps having an uninterrupted bath?
