Goal Setting For Life.

As Big Ben chimes in the New Year, many of us will be making resolutions in the hope they will change our lives for the better. So how can we make certain that such aspirations will be achievable and enable us to live life according to our own set of needs, desires and values?

Effective goal setting is the key. The first and often hardest step is to identify realistic goals that you believe will change your life for the better. A tip here is to consider all the life-long aspirations you have held but never pursued due to lack of time, self-confidence or both.

How realistic are your aspirations? Do you believe you can achieve these objectives alongside all your other day-to-day duties, such as working, running a busy household and spending quality time with your family? (more…)

Tracey Wall, 40, finds helping others is the perfect way to live a wonderful life. Tracey lives in Cheshire with her husband and five year old daughter.

During a holiday on the west coast of Wales, I realised my life was not the perfect picture I envisaged it would. From the outside, everything seemed wonderful. I had a caring husband and a beautiful daughter who both loved me very much. Not only that, but I had a successful career working in management in the finance sector. …counselling or therapy. We do not delve into deep routed issues or provide advice.
