When you truly reflect on your day, which tasks do you resent most that stole your much-valued time? Was it the latest Carpool Karaoke clip from James Corden, which to be fair was very funny, or could it have been the meeting you travelled twenty minutes to attend only to find it cancelled at last minute? One of these distractions and time wasters could have definitely been avoided! We should all be able to enjoy our lives and comical YouTube clips certainly make us laugh. When Good Is Enough

The ‘perfect’ life is something to which many of women aspire. The media and television have a lot to answer for; often extoling the virtues of the house with the white picket fence, 2.4 children and a pet Labrador.  But this ‘ideal’ doesn’t suit everybody.  We all have different aspirations, values and lifestyle choices.  It is important to remember that one person’s sunny day is another person’s opportunity to get burnt.  Put simply, we don’t all like the same things.
