Eliminate Time Wasters!

When you truly reflect on your day, which tasks do you resent most that stole your much-valued time? Was it the latest Carpool Karaoke clip from James Corden, which to be fair was very funny, or could it have been the meeting you travelled twenty minutes to attend only to find it cancelled at last minute?
