If you are a mum living locally to Northwich in Cheshire, I would like to invite you to join Empowering Mums Together, a fabulous and fun new group created especially for mums!

Empowering Mums Together! provides essential support to help you to achieve the life you really want to live, overcome a variety of mum-related challecondfnges that get in the way, increase your confidence and self-esteem to embrace life’s opportunities, gives you the opportunity to meet like-minded mums in the area enabling you to create an essential support network and to enjoy some valuable me-time with coffee and cupcakes! This fabulous group meets on the first Thursday of every month and as well as supporting mums local to the area in a comfortable, fun and informal setting, Empowering Mums Together! has committed to donating a proportion of the monthly fees to raise vital funds for The Joshua Tree, our local charity!

Empowering Mums Together! will help you to:

• Overcome feelings of isolation
• Free yourself of the stress, exhaustion and guilt motherhood can create
• Cope with the challenges of motherhood without feeling overwhelmed

I personally host this fun and extremely beneficial group. Every month there will be a group coaching session (don’t worry you don’t have to say anything) that will help bring confidence, balance and joy into your life! Various guest speakers will join us throughout the year to offer additional support by discussing mum related topics such as style, nutrition, fitness, parenting and much more. Plus you will be introduced to other mums with whom you can share experiences and tips, all whilst enjoying coffee and cupcakes!

This really is an incredible opportunity to invest in your personal development and enjoy some time out that improves your well-being, increases your confidence and boosts your lust for life!

The Joshua Tree is a local charity that is working hard to provide short breaks and support in the Cheshire countryside to families of children who have battled with Cancer or other immune-suppressing illness. I have chosen to support The Joshua Tree in recognition of the invaluable work they are doing in bringing these facilities to our local area. Representatives from the charity will be joining the group to let you know about their latest initiatives and events.
